Modern Day Toothfairy Traditions

As a kid, you were probably told by your parents that every time you lost a tooth, you should leave your tooth under your pillow for the toothfairy. Sure enough, when you woke up the next day, you found a brand new nickel under your pillow. Now those days are pure nostalgia and kids are finding things like toothfairy traditions a thing of the past.

If you would like to bring back the toothfairy traditions of your childhood, you can also add a modern twist to things!

Install a special “fairy door” in your child’s room. If Santa has the chimney, the toothfairy could go through the “”fairy door”. It is an adorable little concept to add to your toothfairy traditions. You could tell your child that the toothfairy will feel welcome by having her own special entrance.

In addition to leaving money under the pillow, leave a little note for your child to read and maybe a little jar of pixie dust (sparkles) that have the magical power to grant wishes.
